I used to work in Korean Airlines and I had experiences with passengers who cried either because of cancelled flights without prior notice or because they bought seats that were not confirmed and they could not contact the agent anymore ( tickets bought from online ticketing not directly from the airline) when they needed them. My first hand experiences make me see the various situations my passengers go through and make me know exactly how to handle or address each situation. It is not just assisting them to get bookings but also making sure they get the good experience on their way to their destinations This is Alexis and I am your travel manager.
